We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our kitchen team as a steward. A positive attitude and a commitment to supporting overall kitchen operations are key to succeeding in this role.
Kitchen Porter
As a valued member of the kitchen team, you are expected to provide excellent service to both internal and external guests, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude at all times. You will also be tasked with sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, removing all trash from kitchen areas, and ensuring the dish room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Additional reasonable duties may be assigned to support the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen.
Bi-lingual is a plus

Carry and balance trays of beverages
Adaptability to casino conditions, including:
Certificates, licenses, registrations:
Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
