Our portfolio consists of four brands — FSA Store, HSA Store, WellDeserved Health and Caring Mill. We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to drive quality across multiple concurrent projects, partnering closely with product and engineering to catch risks before they reach production. This role blends hands-on manual and automated testing with process ownership and mentorship of others.
Design and execute test cases covering functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing across web and mobile (Android/iOS) applications
Document test results and provide observations on product quality and process improvements
Establish and monitor QA KPIs; Manage testing efforts across multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
Mentor and support fellow QA Engineers
Leverage AI-powered tools to improve test coverage, accelerate defect analysis, and support overall test efficiency [see note below]
Minimum of 7+ years of quality assurance experience
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, and SDLC/STLC
Experience with Agile software development methodologies
Experience writing test cases in BDD/Gherkin syntax
2+ years building automated tests with Playwright and TypeScript
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., AI-generated test cases, code-assist tools, log/defect triage)
Experience testing both web and mobile (Android and iOS) applications
