Registered Nurse - Direct Care (Home Health and Hospice)
The Direct Care Registered Nurse - Home Health and Hospice provides high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or hospice settings, ensuring comfort, dignity, and emotional support during end-of-life care.
Position Location: Sentara Hospice Services - South Boston, VA (travel up to a 50‑mile radius)
Work Shift: Rotating
Anticipated Status/Shift: Flexi (PRN/as needed); Salary Range: $33.61-56 per hour
Education - Required
Associate's Degree in Nursing (required)
Valid RN License in the state of practice (VA)
1 year of nursing experience
Previous Home Care/Hospice experience
Medical, Dental, Vision plans
