Registered Nurse (RN) - 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Shift
Schedule
This position operates on a 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM shift, providing comprehensive nursing care during night hours.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, performing assessments, and implementing care plans tailored to individual patient needs during the night shift. The RN will collaborate with healthcare professionals and support overall patient well-being.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop nursing care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
Completion of a Nursing program from an accredited institution.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Additional certifications may be required depending on the specific unit or specialty.
