Job Description

Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's unique needs and design individualized therapy plans to help them reach their functional aspirations.
Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to enhance patients' physical abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills.
Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work synergistically with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.
Guide Patients and Their Families: Empower patients and caregivers with education on therapeutic strategies that promote sustained improvement at home.
Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatments as necessary, ensuring they remain on the path to recovery.
Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Support for ongoing education and professional certifications
Certifications

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT certification required
