Requirements Job Summary: The Field Engineer supports the successful delivery of complex deep foundation projects by planning, organizing, and overseeing all technical elements of the work. This role ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Bauer Foundation Corp.s values of appreciation, innovation, responsibility, and staying down-to-earth. The Field Engineer actively contributes to technical project work, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Responsibilities of this Position: Manage preparation of engineering plans, drawings, and construction details throughout the project lifecycle Prepare and meet deadlines for completion of assigned work Monitor field conditions to confirm alignment with design and project expectations Develop and maintain accurate QC documentation and reports Prepare daily activity reports, weekly cost analyses, and project closeout documentation Coordinate resources to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards Identify, anticipate, and resolve technical and operational challenges Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure successful project completion Champion safe practices across all project activities Requirements Qualifications and Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong work ethic with a commitment to professional growth Attention to detail with clear documentation and communication skills Collaborative and respectful team player who values diverse perspectives Critical thinker with problem-solving and decision-making abilities Open to feedback and committed to ethical behavior at all times Willingness to travel to various job sites and adapt to different teams, techniques, and geologic environments Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; preference for specialization in geotechnical, structural, or construction fields Two (2) years of experience on geotechnical/foundation projects, preferably involving cutoff walls or soil mixing technologies Authorized to work in the United States Compensation and benefits: Competitive salary; commensurate with experience.
