Buyer - (Purchasing, Material Logistics, Planning)

As a Buyer, you will maintain procurement of materials according to requisitions created by planners, serve as the main point of contact between suppliers and operations, create and acknowledge purchase orders, manage accuracy and traceability of all purchase orders, notify Operations and Tactical Sourcing of supplier miss‑deliveries or performance issues, track supplier shipments until delivery to the dock, process receipt in the system, and ensure invoice payment is on time. Analyze 3‑month material needs, identify supply risks, and expedite when necessary, communicating with operations and escalating to Sourcing.

Convert material requisitions created or released by planners into purchase orders.

Ensure supplier PO knowledge and communicate delivery dates through the system.

Execute planner needs for material procurement (pull, push, cancel) and communicate results to planners.

Track and resolve receiving holds (quarantine) and purchase parts from suppliers.

Execute material deviations approved by engineering when there are supplier delivery issues.

Manage Phase‑In/Phase‑Out according to instructions from Planning and Sourcing.

Advanced English language skills.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Sense of ownership in supply chain activities (logistics, import, export).
