Registered Nurse-Home Health RN-Part Time-Flexible Hours

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical support to the team at Bethanie Fields Aged Care Home located in Eaton.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for clinical care and case management. Supervision, direction and leadership of nursing and care/support staff will also be part of your role.

This role is available on a part‑time basis. The successful candidate must be flexible to work 30 hours per week, including weekends, for morning and afternoon shifts.

About You Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse

Relevant clinical experience in an aged care environment is an advantage, but is not essential

Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systems

Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations (minimum of one covid and annual flu)

The Role Take immediate action to ensure nursing care is delivered in a safe and effective manner, while providing direction to Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers

Maintain an effective referral system to senior nursing staff, medical staff and/or allied health staff

Ensure that clinical records reflect care, in line with all accreditation standards and legislative requirements

Provide mentoring and training to employees where required
