Job Title: Project Manager
The Project Manager executes technical operations and project delivery in data center environments, supporting client objectives and organizational standards. This role focuses on hands-on project execution, technical coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver facility projects successfully. You'll apply project management methodologies to manage scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk while building positive working relationships across the organization and maintaining alignment with project objectives.
Execute project deliverables by applying project management methodologies to manage scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk
Support technical services operations in data center environments and contribute to operational plans that enhance efficiency and service delivery
Collaborate with client stakeholders throughout project lifecycles, coordinating with various parties to minimize facility disruptions
Identify potential opportunities for scope expansion within assigned projects and communicate findings to senior leadership
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to support continuous improvement in technical operations and service delivery
Assist in department operations to maintain consistent performance standards and promote a collaborative team culture
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical services, facilities management, project management, or related industry with demonstrated project execution expertise
Experience implementing operational processes that improve efficiency and service quality
Working knowledge of data center operations, industry standards, and technologies in facilities management
