Weekend A PCU RN

Shift: 18:30 - 07:00 (12-hour shifts); every other weekend and holiday rotations required.

Job Description
We are seeking a qualified RN Charge for our inpatient rehabilitation unit. This role requires extensive experience in both management and direct patient care. The primary focus will be to lead a team while providing high-quality care to patients with diverse rehabilitation needs.

Responsibilities

Manage patient care in a high-acuity environment.

Support nursing staff and assist with patient safety initiatives.

Ensure timely medication administration and documentation.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Guide and mentor less experienced nursing staff as needed.

Participate in ongoing staff training and orientation programs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a skilled nursing or 24/7 skilled care environment.

At least 13 weeks of experience in Epic.

Managerial experience required.

Must have Med-Surg or inpatient rehabilitation experience related to patient acuity.

Current BLS certification.
