Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Neuro Tele RN Rotating 3x12 7a-7p, 7p-7a Every other weekend required ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience required 1 year of experience required No first time travelers accepted Patient Diagnoses: Stroke, neurosurgery, trauma, general med/surg and IMC/Step down level of care. Special Procedures: Lumbar drains, NIHSS, Stroke education Unit Details: Busy stroke/neuro/trauma step-down unit. NIHSS required. Telemetry required. Usual patient assignment 1:4 may be higher at times depending on if additional resources available. Navy Blue Scrubs Travelers MUST shave for a mask to seal for Fit Testing. CAPRs and PAPRs are not provided and SSM will not allow travelers to use their own PAPRs or CAPRs at their facilities; there are no exceptions. Failure to shave for FIT testing will result in a cancel.
