Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Centerless Grinder to join our team on a full‑time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining centerless grinding equipment to produce high‑quality precision parts.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate centerless grinding machines according to specifications
Inspect and measure parts to ensure they meet required tolerances
Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and production efficiency
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Continuously look for ways to improve processes and product quality
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating centerless grinding machines
Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical documents
Knowledge of grinding wheels and their applications
Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
Openness to learning new techniques and technologies
