Sunday - Thursday 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Active, valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) license.
Graduation from an accredited school of licensed vocational nursing or psychiatric technology.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
First Aid certification from an approved provider (such as the American Red Cross).

The LVN / LPT is responsible for providing direct client care, including medication administration and supervising the nursing activities of unit staff. Key duties include ordering, preparing, and documenting medications according to physician orders and confirming pharmacy deliveries. The role also requires communicating important information to the team, writing weekly client summaries as assigned, and maintaining accurate nursing documentation throughout the shift. Program: The Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) is a short-term voluntary residential facility.
Population Served: Designed to help adult residents, ages 18-59, who experience a psychiatric crisis to safely stabilize, recover, and transition back to community.
Facility & Setting: Short-term voluntary residential facility, 24/7 Program
Clinical Services: Therapeutic and mental health services, Medication evaluation and support services, Crisis intervention
Length of Stay: Short-term
Skills & Transition: Pre-vocational or vocational counseling, transition back to community
