Current US driver's license, Car, 1 year of caregiving experience, Ability to pass a background check, Strong ability to read, write, and speak English, including: Read ADLs and personal care instructions, Communicate verbally with clients and families, Write shift notes to update the family, office, and other caregivers, Punctuality and reliability, Compassionate and caring heart, Patience and willingness to learn new skills Certifications are welcome (CNA, HHA, etc.) We do offer training and mentorship programs to new caregivers.
