The Advocate also functions as a member of the health care team by assisting in the delivery of patient-focused care by demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience required as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist- preferred.

Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.

25.00 - $29.38 hourly

This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
