Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. Provide training to parents and staff

Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA

Supervision of RBTs

The BCBA will have the opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles.

Qualifications Master's degree in ABA or related field

BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) certification

2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA

Strong understanding of ABA principles

Ability to work flexible hours

Salary Full Time – Commensurate with experience.

Hourly – Commensurate with experience.
