Hourly Pay Range:
$57.76 - $80.86 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) - Neurosciences - Cranial

Location: NCH Hospital, 800 Central Rd, Arlington Heights

Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, 40 hours/week

Hours: 4-10 Hour Shifts, 6am-4pm, Monday - Friday

Weekend, Holiday, Call rotation

Exciting opportunity to join Endeavor Health in the Neurosciences Department. Under the direction of the collaborating physician(s), provides care to patients. Follows patients through their course of treatment in the clinic and hospital setting. Collaborates with physicians and the health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Prescribes pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies as appropriate. Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of standards of practice in the specialty. Employs strategies, interventions and teaching to promote, maintain, and improve health. Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease. Promotes wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities. Positively contributes to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience. Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of service line goals. Adheres to all Endeavor Health policies and procedures.

Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Experience: 1 year of neurology and/or cranial APP experience required

Expertise/knowledge of neurosurgery with focus on cranial
