HR Generalist/Employee Relations/Payroll

Support daily HR operations including onboarding, employee status changes, and file maintenance

Assist employees and supervisors with timekeeping, payroll questions, and policy guidance

Help administer benefits, support open enrollment, and track leaves (FMLA/CFRA)

Handle employee relations matters including attendance, complaints, and documentation

Partner closely with Production and Operations leadership on workforce needs

Support compliance efforts, safety coordination, and HR initiatives

3+ years of HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or a production environment

Experience supporting hourly employees and collaborating with Operations teams

Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred

Familiarity with payroll, timekeeping systems, and California labor laws

Organized, dependable, and comfortable working within structured environments
