Membership Service's RepThe Highland Lakes YMCA in Burnet, TX is now accepting applications for energetic, dependable and articulate individuals to work as a Membership Service's Rep in our fast-paced, family-oriented environment.General duties include, but are not limited to greeting and assisting members while providing outstanding customer service, answering phones in a professional manner, general data entry and clerical functions, and giving tours of our facility. Strong sales background, excellent organizational and communication skills, must be able to multi-task efficiently, computer literate, customer service experience.We are specifically hiring for someone available for the following shifts: Closing Shifts Monday - Friday 3pm-9pmWe are offering $260 bonus for new staff!The successful candidate for this position will:Be at least 18 years of ageBe friendly, courteous, possess a cooperative attitude and be a team playerPossess a strong sales background and excellent organizational & communication skillsBe able to multi-task, be computer literate, and have previous customer service experienceBe able to work effectively under pressureBe willing and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekendsHave a neat appearance and be well-groomedBe willing to uphold the YMCAs core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, respect, and faithMust be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal history, sex offender and reference checks.Pay Rate: $13.00 to $13.50/hourWe are a not-for-profit services Association focusing on mission driven initiatives, with a vision of building strong kids, strong families and strong communities throughout 7 Texas Counties.
