Full-Time 2nd shift and Weekend nights Direct Support Professional

Competitive Hourly Pay: $17.50 – $20.00/hr + weekend and overnight shift differentials.

• 100% Paid Training & Certifications: Free certification support for Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance, CPR/First Aid, Article 9, and Prevention & Support.

Support clients with daily living activities (grooming, meal preparation, medication administration support).
Build Community Connections: Provide Compassionate Care: Implement individual support plans and encourage social engagement and skill-building.
Maintain Quality Records: Complete brief shift notes and documentation accurately.
A genuine passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred for driving roles).
Background Check: Ability to obtain an AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (we assist with this!) .
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
