Bookeeper (Accounting/Finance)

Job Description A Book Keeper plays a vital role in managing the financial records of a small team, supporting accurate and timely bookkeeping processes. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position involves handling various accounting tasks to ensure the company’s finances are well-organized and compliant with relevant regulations.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
Reconcile accounts and bank statements regularly
Process invoices and assist with accounts payable and receivable
Support payroll processing and prepare financial reports
Assist with tax preparation and compliance support
Maintain organized records to support audits and internal reviews
2+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
