Drywall Estimator - Commercial Projects Are you a skilled Drywall Estimator looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable, growth-minded contractor? We’re partnering with an established commercial drywall company that’s known for quality work, steady backlog, and a strong reputation with GCs.
This group is looking to add an Estimator who can help strengthen their preconstruction team and take ownership of bids from start to finish.

What You’ll Do: Prepare detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for drywall, framing, and acoustical scopes
Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier pricing
Participate in pre-bid meetings and coordinate with project managers on awarded jobs
Maintain organized estimate files and accurate historical cost data
What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of drywall estimating experience (commercial or institutional preferred)
Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff, QuickBid, or similar software
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specs, and project documentation
