Be a recognized Tribal Member of the Santa Rosa Rancheria Tachi-Yokut Tribe.
Engage in practical, hands-on job training in designated roles.

Commit to educational progress, certifications, and goal achievement.
Participate in mentorship and career guidance sessions to support personal and professional development.
Undergo regular evaluations to track performance and development.

Participate in hands-on job training and career development activities.
Participate in mentorship and career guidance programs.
Transition into a full-time role (if available) or pursue external job opportunities upon completion.
Participants must commit to the program for the full duration or complete required training and certifications for the transition to full-time employment.

Starting Pay: 16.00 per-hour (Non-Exempt)
