TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Asheville, North Carolina, 28801!

Travel RN – Med/Telemetry (Spine Unit)
Contract (13-Week Travel Assignment) | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Full-Time | Onsite
Provide direct patient care on a Med/Telemetry Spine unit in an acute care hospital setting
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
Document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical outcomes accurately in the electronic health record
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, and discharge planning as appropriate
Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a Telemetry or Med/Tele setting
Demonstrated ability to monitor and respond to telemetry rhythms
additional certifications may be required per unit standards
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment
Previous travel nursing experience
Familiarity with electronic health record systems used in large acute care facilities
