We are a premier civil litigation boutique serving as elite panel counsel for major nationwide insurance carriers across Southern California and Nevada, regularly handling multi-million-dollar coverage exposure and extra-contractual claims. We are adding a seasoned Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Attorney to lead sophisticated defense litigation in a high-autonomy, boutique firm environment.

Directly represent major insurance carriers in high-stakes coverage disputes and extra-contractual "bad faith" litigation in state and federal courts.
Draft comprehensive coverage analysis opinions, reservation of rights letters, and complex dispositive motions.
Manage complex multi-party coverage litigation from case initiation through trial strategy, mediations, and appellate practice.
D. from an accredited law school; Experience: 5+ years of dedicated practice in insurance coverage analysis and insurance bad faith defense litigation.
Core Skills: Substantial background defending insurance carriers against extra-contractual claims, handling complex policy interpretation, and leading courtroom proceedings.
High-level legal writing ability combined with a desire for direct file ownership and partner-level collaboration in a boutique setting.
Discretionary quarterly bonus structure ($10,000+ quarterly bonus opportunity for performance exceeding 475 billable hours/quarter).
Fully remote work arrangement with optional private office accommodations in Newport Beach, CA.
