Bartender PositionWe are looking for team members who want to be a part of a growing hospitality group! Made up of five award-winning brands, we offer many opportunities for growth across franchise and independent brands.Our Bartenders are a crucial member of the bar and restaurant team, responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing excellent customer service. This role involves mixing drinks, managing the bar area, and engaging with guests to enhance their overall dining or nightlife experience. Bartenders must possess a strong knowledge of drink recipes, customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Greet customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.Monitor stock levels of alcohol, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering and restocking items as needed.Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, tools, and work surfaces.Process payments, handle cash transactions, and keep accurate records of tabs and sales.Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and cleanliness standards.Foster relationships with regular customers and create a lively, enjoyable environment.Skills and abilities required include:Strong understanding of drink recipes, preparation techniques, and cocktail presentation.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer requests and complaints gracefully.Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Ensuring accuracy in drink preparation and payment processing.Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items, such as kegs or boxes of supplies.Typically works in a bustling bar or restaurant setting, often during peak hours, requiring high energy and focus.May include late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the establishment's operating hours.Education and experience required:Minimum 21 years of age1-3 years experience preferred, but will trainABC Certification - DE or TIPS Certification - MDAbility to access online scheduling appsKnowledge of RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures as defined by both federal and state lawsWe offer:Competitive payDiscounted mealsTuition ReimbursementBenefits and PTO (based on meeting hours requirements)Values-based leadershipOpportunity for AdvancementFlexible scheduling
