HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Recruiting

First Choice Community Healthcare is seeking a skilled and service-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support the employee experience across our growing healthcare organization. This role is ideal for an HR professional who excels in benefits administration, HR systems management, employee training, and compliance, while providing exceptional support to employees and leaders.
As a key member of our HR team, you will serve as a trusted resource for employees, manage critical HR processes, maintain data integrity within our HRIS, coordinate training and onboarding programs, and help ensure employees have the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed.
Administer and manage employee benefits, leave programs, and HR compliance activities
Manage employee training programs, compliance education, and learning records
Partner with leaders to identify training needs and support workforce development initiatives
Lead and support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding efforts
Manage employee records and HRIS processes while ensuring data integrity
Support employee relations, performance and leave management, and workforce engagement initiatives
Coordinate training, development, and orientation programs
Help create a culture where employees feel valued, recognized, and supported
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of two years of Human Resources experience
Experience with benefits administration and HRIS platforms required
Knowledge of employment laws, leave administration, employee relations, and HR best practices
