Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for compassionate, dependable, and clinically strong RNs and LPNs to join our team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE. Hillcrest Health & Rehab provides skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care in a supportive environment focused on helping residents and guests feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. As an RN or LPN, you will help bring that mission to life through quality clinical care, strong communication, and dependable teamwork.

As a Nurse, you will provide hands-on clinical care while helping coordinate the needs of residents and guests throughout the day.

Provide quality nursing care and support for residents and guests.

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and individualized care plans.

Monitor resident and guest conditions and communicate changes promptly.

Support residents and guests with dignity, comfort, and respect.

Partner with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Communicate effectively with residents, guests, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

Support admissions, transitions, and changes in care needs.

Respond calmly and effectively to urgent or changing clinical situations.

Follow established infection-control, medication-management, safety, and regulatory standards.

Help create a positive, supportive environment for residents, guests, families, and fellow team members.

Jump in and help the team wherever needed to keep care running smoothly.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.

Current Nebraska RN or LPN license required.

Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, assisted living, hospital, or a similar setting preferred.

This position offers a consistent full-time day schedule from 6:00 a.m. with an every-other-weekend rotation.

Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

Must be able to safely assist residents and guests with care needs, transfers, and mobility as needed.

Must be able to perform repetitive sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and movement throughout the shift.

Must be flexible and calm when supporting residents, guests, families, and team members during stressful situations.

Must be able to utilize electronic documentation systems and other healthcare technology.

Must follow established nursing, infection-control, medication, documentation, and safety procedures.

Must be available to work an every-other-weekend rotation.
