Senior Product Engineering A

Taking ownership of sustaining engineering activities, the full-time Senior Product Engineer in Lifecycle Engineering will lead technical initiatives to improve yield, optimize test performance, and resolve complex production challenges in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

Lead yield improvement and margin optimization initiatives across internal manufacturing sites and external suppliers

Own lifecycle engineering from production ramp through to end-of-life management, ensuring ongoing product health and stability

Investigate and resolve critical production issues impacting quality, yield, or test performance using structured methodologies

Required qualifications

BS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

5-8 years of experience in semiconductor product, test, or design engineering, ideally within sustaining or lifecycle roles

Strong experience in yield analysis, margin improvement, and cross-functional technical problem solving

Familiarity with ATE platforms such as Advantest or Teradyne, or equivalent bench test environments

Experience with statistical process control, data analysis, and design of experiments
