Orica is seeking an HR Generalist to join our North America HR team in Centennial, CO. The role supports both hourly and salaried employees and partners with HR Business Partners to drive strategic HR initiatives.
You will balance day-to-day employee support with strategic projects, shaping the employee experience and contributing to culture, engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness across a global organization.
