Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospital - ICU

Provides comprehensive nursing care in an

ICU

setting, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Assess patients thoroughly, identifying both obvious and subtle health issues while anticipating changes in condition.
Develop and modify individualized care plans involving patients, families, and interdisciplinary resources.
Administer medications and treatments following hospital policies, standards of care, and age-specific guidelines.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
Document all patient care activities accurately and participate in ongoing evaluation of patient outcomes.
Valid CA RN Licensure and current Nursys verification.
BLS (AHA), ACLS, NIHSS certifications, with certification expiration dates compliant with hospital standards.
Minimum of 2 years ICU experience.
Demonstrated ability to provide age-appropriate care in accordance with standards of practice.
Successful completion of MAB training and current on applicable certifications.
