Hourly Rate:
$1.00/hour (pay package discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do
Provide inpatient psychiatric care for an average of 18 patients per day
Manage a diverse caseload including anxiety, affective, personality, developmental, psychotic, substance use, and trauma-related disorders
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor pharmacotherapy
Handle involuntary commitments as needed
Collaborate with a dedicated team of mental health professionals
Utilize Wellsky EMR for documentation and treatment planning
Support the unit’s operations with adherence to facility policies
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
What You Need
Valid BLS certification
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Valid DEA license
Minimum of 1 year recent inpatient psychiatric experience
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

This position is based at a reputable mental health facility in Georgetown, Delaware, known for its historic charm and welcoming community. The inpatient unit features 99 beds and a multidisciplinary team supporting comprehensive mental health services. The facility emphasizes patient-centered care and staff well-being.
