Primary Worksite Altru Hospital Worksite Info.:

Worksite Setting (clinic/hospital, inpatient/outpatient/both, # of beds) Inpatient

Work Schedule (Dates of coverage, schedules/hours, call schedule) Shifts are 7 am 7 pm, 7 days on/off. 1-2 nights call per 7 day shift.

Patient/Caseload Info. (Patient per day/hour, call volume, procedure volume) 24 bed Inpatient unit, ER and general hospital consults; must be willing to see all ages and diagnosis in the ER and consultation to general hospital. Adolescent unit included inpatient (6 beds) and adult unit is general adult. May use telemedicine to connect to general hospital - although inpatient unit is directly adjacent to general hospital (walkable)

Staff Info. (Support staff info.) Will typically have 1-2 APP (but there could be days without, for instance if APP is ill or cannot be on duty for some reason); social work/discharge team/intake team

Provider Requirements:

Board Certified

Required Procedures/Skills (Need details): EMR (EPIC)

Additional requirement (if applicable) willing to work with another psychiatrist 7 days on/off; typically change day is Thursday

Rates: $287-$331/hr

Expenses:

Airfare up to $1,000 round trip. No upgrades or first class. Additional approval needed if the cost is above this amount.

Housing Use Hyatt house: $70/night. Let the front office know the booking is for a provider at Trinity Health.

Rental car - Use Hertz, $240-$280 per week or $40 per day. Additional approval needed if the cost is above this amount.
