Credit Finance Attorney
Hydrogen Group
We are seeking talented Associates to join our Global Finance Group. This role focuses on complex leveraged finance transactions, including:
Dividend recapitalizations
Liability management transactions
Restructuring-related financings
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in syndicated lending and/or private credit/direct lending, representing borrowers or lead arrangers
Strong background in sponsor finance and leveraged buyout (LBO) transactions preferred
Proven ability to draft and negotiate transaction documents and lead financing processes
Strong academic credentials from top tier law school
Experience at global law firm
Currently barred to practice or able to become barred to practice in the state they will be practicing
Key Responsibilities:
Drive execution of financing transactions, primarily on behalf of borrower and lead arranger clients
Draft and negotiate key transaction documents
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful deal outcomes
