Conduct both routine and complex clinical lab tests—spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—adhering to established protocols.
Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot potential discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments undergo regular maintenance and calibration.
Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples meticulously for analysis as required.
Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, provide guidance to new staff or students, and ensure compliance with lab quality standards.
Ensure a clean, secure work environment while following all regulatory and accreditation protocols.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or possess an equivalent allied health degree while preparing for ASCP/AMT certification.

Acquire ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork with healthcare professionals.
