Timeline: Subs this week: decisions once they have 5 resumes; interviews the following week; offer the week after that.
Process: Screen with SE Panel interview with HM and team interview with President (Brian) Offer
Key: Seven years in Residential construction as an Estimator. they do some commerical but thats not what were looking for.
Personality is key: everyone there works with integrity team players relationship-builders in this role is imporetant.
Ideal: low income housing or apartments

travel is minimal. they have company cars as needed.
the do expenses thru a portal.

no certs or licenses required.
they use procore system not required to know.
job is a backfill with some added responsibilies. pay is DOE.
Core skills: Senior Level Estimating. Needs to be able to hit ground running. Self starter good comm skills problem solver competitive attitude. must have progressive career background; no job hoppers or inconsitant JS.
