Junior HR Associate
Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom apparel startup. We work with talented student entrepreneurs and provide the working capital, training, and support they need to build businesses at their schools.
At most companies, recruiting is about filling open roles. At Fresh Prints, recruiting is about building the teams that determine where the company goes next. Every hire shapes how fast we grow, how well our teams perform, and what we're capable of building. That's why we don't see Talent Acquisition as a support function. We're looking for someone who enjoys building pipelines before they're needed, questioning existing processes, and finding smarter ways to help great people discover Fresh Prints.
HR Associate at Fresh Prints, you will support talent acquisition efforts across multiple roles. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to help deliver a seamless hiring experience from sourcing through hiring. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and eager to build a career in recruitment and people operations.
As a member of our Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. Not just finding the right candidates, but nurturing relationships early and building long-term pipelines.
Source candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes and applications with a strong quality bar.
Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines.
Take ownership of recruitment-related projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
Preferably 1.5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Fresh graduates of Human Resources or Psychology are highly encouraged to apply. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong internship experience in HR or Recruitment is highly preferred. Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
Monthly Salary: Between $400 to $550, with a night allowance of $40.
Full-time remote role starting as soon as the right candidate is found. Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.
