At Sterling Crane USA, you truly get the best of both worlds --the dynamic opportunities that come with being part of a growing, U.Duties and Responsibilities Schedule equipment and manpower as project dictates utilizing Fleet Cost and Care software.

Work with leadership to plan resources for major turnarounds/projects as required.

Review and verify daily logs for accuracy of hours and billing, escape to management when issues arise.

Assist in obtaining permits for equipment as needed.

Work with Operations Manager to devise and propose solutions for conflicting scheduling of assets/resources.

Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.

Ability to provide both internal and external customer service.

Ability to problem solve and work autonomously with little supervision.

Ability to excel in high pressure environment with short lead times.

Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn various systems.

Physical Requirements/Work Activity Salaried position with hours mainly Mon-Fri, 7am-5pm.

Evenings and weekends will be required on a rotating schedule.

Manual dexterity, auditory and visual acuity to operate computers, phones, mobile devices and basic office equipment on a constant basis.
