The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, the HR Generalist builds strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
Conducts new hire orientation and ensures a smooth onboarding process.
Provides support to employees and managers in various HR-related topics such as leaves, benefits, and compensation.
Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 year’s Human Resources experience
