Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm, plus 1 Saturday per month
Up to $115,000 + a potential of $20,000 in bonuses

Instill a sense of pride in the trades and demonstrate the value technicians bring to the company and customers.
Hold the team and yourself accountable for achieving high-quality service and timely results.
Monitor service calls to ensure excellence in execution and customer satisfaction.
Conduct performance reviews, set measurable goals, and identify opportunities for growth.
Manage ride-along and after-hours schedules effectively.
Collaborate on hiring and onboarding to build a strong team.
Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in a related home services field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
