Head of Project Management

We have an immediate opening for a seasoned full-time project manager with experience managing complex, multidisciplinary design projects from planning and contracting through delivery. Applicants should have demonstrated expertise in strategy, branding, and creative production, with competence in digital marketing. This position is on-site in New York City.

Supports day-to-day management of projects, including development of work plans and contracts designed to meet client goals

Manages small- to medium-scale projects independently under supervision of a partner or managing director

Drives or assists in the day-to-day oversight of projects, managing budgets, schedules, and team requests

Supports business development by leading or managing complex proposals and pitches when needed

Collaborates with internal team to support onboarding, training, and mentoring of junior project management staff

Maintains best practice project management and finance processes

3-5+ years of relevant work in project management at an agency, creative or digital services, or design firm

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant training/experience

Demonstrated experience with client-facing management of projects in branding or digital marketing; budget and resource management

Expertise with standard project management processes and tools

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Suite, Adobe InDesign, Figma

Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills
