The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. Weekend Requirement
The Registrar is responsible for the reception of patients, families, and healthcare providers to the unit. The Registrar also initiates and maintains patient and unit records and ensures the upkeep of the workstation and related materials.
Greet and register patients, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain accurate patient and unit records
Manage and organize workstation materials and supplies
Answer and direct phone calls; Coordinate and support unit-based administrative functions
Schedule, coordinate, and document meetings and related activities
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Experience with medical terminology; bilingual skills
Strong computer proficiency
Strong communication and telephone skills
May require occasional stooping, climbing, or lifting light materials (up to 10 lbs.)
Category 3: No exposure to blood, body fluids, or other infectious materials
