Head of Production and Programming

Manage all aspects of assigned programs, including but not limited to schedule, performance, financial and customer communications. As the Program Manager 1 here's the work you'll do: Coordinates with and enlists the assistance of other internal resources as necessary to effect the functions of contract administration, purchasing, production, cost control and analysis, reporting, etc. Maintains strong customer commitment through regular communication to advise status of program and resolve issues. Respond and manage urgent contract/production/materials/supply chain/ETC. Special projects as needed. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project, SAP and other software programs is needed

Responds promptly to customer needs; Communicates clearly and informatively verbally and in writing; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Presents numerical data effectively; Government Secret Clearance may be required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Business Administration or technical Field Required.

2+ years of management/leadership experience Required.

Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, which includes the gold or black star in the upper corner, indicating it is federally compliant OR Current Passport.
