Human Resources Generalist - Payroll/Recruitment (Full Time)

Pacific Coast Producers – Full‑time, on‑site HR Coordinator – Lodi, CA. Salary: $25–$28 per hour, based on experience. Nights and weekends during Pack Season (June–Sept). No visa sponsorship.

Pacific Coast Producers, a cooperative of family farmers, seeks an experienced HR Coordinator to support HR services and programs at our Lodi Production Facility. The role involves administering HR programs, providing administrative support, serving as the primary point of contact for employees and management, handling confidential information, overseeing timekeeping, and completing other duties as assigned.

Administer and implement local HR services and programs in partnership with the plant HR team.

Provide general administrative support in the HR office, including payroll, employee relations, scheduling, recruiting, new employee orientation, and returning employee onboarding.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and management, answering questions and providing exceptional customer service.

Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with strict discretion.

Oversee timekeeping data, including reconciling timecards, reviewing daily/weekly hours, and managing the facility‑level meal penalty process.

Tackle other duties and projects as assigned to support the team.

Five or more years of experience in Human Resources and/or payroll.

Ability to work nights and weekends during Pack Season (June–September).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong basic math skills.

Solid understanding of HR administration and core employment‑life‑cycle laws and regulations.

Capacity to build trust and strong partnerships across the facility through high‑integrity service.

Spanish and/or Punjabi language skills are highly preferred.
