High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience in long-term care preferred but not required

Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to quality resident care

Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility

Set up resident rooms with necessary supplies, including blankets, toiletries, medical equipment, and ensure the space is clean, safe, and comfortable.

Monitor residents' conditions, report changes to the nursing team, and maintain accurate documentation

Encourage social interaction and emotional well-being among residents

Work in accordance with state, local, and federal healthcare regulations

Collaborate with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care
