Responsibilities Design advanced electro‑optical solutions to enhance sensing, targeting, and surveillance capabilities.
Perform analog and/or digital electronics lab work, troubleshooting, and system integration.
Use industry‑standard CAE tools and electrical engineering lab equipment for design, simulation, and testing.
Develop schematics, HDL code, and conduct synthesis, simulation, and validation of designs.
Conduct circuit analysis, component selection, and root‑cause analysis with corrective actions.
Document design approaches, test results, and technical issues in a structured and organized manner.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support supplier interactions, and contribute to design reviews.
Qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent.
Experience with schematic capture, block diagrams, and parts lists for complex electronic systems.
Experience with fault isolation/ root‑cause analysis of complex electronic systems.
Preferred: experience designing airborne electronic products with stringent size, weight, and power (SWAP) constraints.
Proficiency with Mentor Graphics XPedition.
Experience working in a lab environment with standard EE lab equipment (VNA, power meter, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, DMMs, signal sources).
Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
