Attorney -Commercial Law & Real Estate

Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, zoning, and entitlements.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate contracts, leases, and retail development agreements.
Conduct due diligence, title review, and survey review for real estate transactions.
Provide legal advice on a wide range of real estate matters, including lease agreements, contract law, and property law.
Conduct legal research and provide legal writing to support decision-making processes.
Solve complex legal problems using analytical skills and critical thinking.
Ensure legal compliance in all transactions and processes.
Manage legal cases using legal software.
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the state.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney.
Proven experience in dispositions, real estate transactions, leasing, zoning, entitlements, construction, and loan documentation.
Strong knowledge of real estate law, commercial law, lease agreements, property law, and legal compliance.
Exceptional legal writing and research skills.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract law.
Proficiency in legal document preparation and legal software.
Experience in legal case management.
