Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31

What You'll Do:
Provide expert nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU setting
Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members and family members
Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare standards
Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
Support unit goals related to quality, safety, and patient satisfaction
Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory requirements
What You Need:
Current Louisiana RN license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP)
At least 2 years of NICU nursing experience
Strong organizational, judgment, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
