RN-Graduate Nurse (Full-Time)

Registered Nurse
Sign-On Bonus Available for Qualified Candidates. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care. The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to his/her assigned patients. They communicate with the physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition including hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and abnormal results and symptomatology. New Graduate RN: 8 - 16 weeks of new graduate orientation with an appointed preceptor (dependent on unit)
Candidates must be completing their final semester of an accredited ADN/BSN/MSN program within six months, or have graduated within the last six months of the start of the program.
Candidate's must have a valid Illinois RN license verified by the IDFPR website.
Work Shift Details: New Graduate RNs are hired into full-time 12-hr shifts 7a-7p / 7p - 7a

He / She communicates with physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Current and valid state RN License.
Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
