Hotel Head Of Housekeeping

The Hotel Housekeeping Manager ensures that cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are upheld across the property. This leadership role includes overseeing the housekeeping team, maintaining cost efficiency, and supporting a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities: • Complete and maintain accurate inventory records for housekeeping supplies to meet operational needs. • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure an exceptional stay experience. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to promote a positive work environment and high performance. Qualifications: • We welcome applicants at all levels. • Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential. • Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Compensation: $17 hourly
